1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Korespace, a SaaS platform operated by AIderon Labs Inc. By creating an account, using the service, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and the documents referenced here.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. If you create or administer a workspace, you are responsible for managing users, permissions, integrations, billing settings, and workspace content.
3. The service
Korespace helps teams manage projects, work items, knowledge, release approvals, deployment workflows, game package releases, notifications, AI-assisted analysis, and related operational workflows. We may update, add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Korespace. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, secure, and operate that content solely to provide and improve the service, comply with law, and prevent abuse.
5. AI-assisted output
AI features may produce summaries, suggestions, risk analysis, drafts, or other generated output. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for business, release, deployment, security, financial, or legal decisions.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Korespace to violate laws, infringe rights, or process unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
- Do not upload malware, secrets you are not allowed to share, or content that disrupts the service.
- Do not resell, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or benchmark the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
- Do not use the service to build a competing product using non-public Korespace information.
7. Integrations and third-party services
Korespace may connect with code repositories, cloud providers, deployment targets, messaging tools, AI providers, payment processors, and other third-party systems. Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms. You are responsible for credentials, permissions, and configuration you provide for integrations.
8. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing interval, seat count, quota, or usage shown at checkout or in the product. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
9. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription according to the controls available in the product or by contacting support. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
10. Service availability
We work to keep Korespace reliable, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, network issues, third-party outages, security events, or changes to integrations. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, customers, or third parties.
11. Confidentiality and security
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the service, except when disclosure is required by law.
12. Disclaimers
Korespace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every customer requirement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIderon Labs Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, business, or law changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers. Continued use of Korespace after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
